چکیده
El síndrome de Miller Fisher (SMF) definido como una variante rara del Guillain-Barré (SGB), es caracterizado por la triada clásica ataxia, arreflexia y oftalmoplegía. Es polineuropatía desmielinizante resultado respuesta autoinmune desregulada secundaria a infección virus bacterias. SMF SGB ha sido descrito durante pandemia COVID-19. Existen algunos reportes en literatura después vacunación En cambio, los post-vacunación para SARS-COV-2 son escasos literatura. Se presenta paciente 75 años edad quien consulta astenia, adinamia dificultad deglución que progresa respiratoria. Refiere antecedente importancia aplicación vacuna Sputnik V. Durante estancia hospitalaria se diagnóstica mediante electromiografía más estudio conducción nerviosa SMF. objetivo exponer un SARS-CoV-2 con V resaltar este vigilancia práctica clínica e investigaciones futuras.
